Foundations for Change, Zurich Flood Resilience Alliance Phase II – Lessons from Year 5

This report – presenting insights from Year 5 of Phase II of the Zurich Flood Resilience Alliance – specifically highlights how Alliance teams have collaborated with communities to apply the Alliance resilience data tools and approaches and use the resulting data and information for impact. We start with an overview of the Alliance’s two principal resilience tools, the FRMC and PERC; discuss the strengths and challenges of using them as a core part of our resilience work; and then present case studies illustrating how the information generated by these tools forms a key part of the Alliance’s integrated programming approach.
