Hence, providing capacity building skills will help them a lot in order for them to be creative and can be exercises theirs creativities which will provide them to be live independence and neglected the self depend within rural areas of Northern Bahr el Ghazal State as well as South Sudan at large.
Thus, in practice that notions can sequentially will help them to eliminate rural poverty and poor rural self reliabilities.
